My name is Valentin and I have been aPersonal trainer, Online Fitness Coach, Nutrition Coach and Athlete Performance Coach for more than 6 years now and I cannot imagine myself doing something else! I am based in London where I do my in-person personal training services and I have helped many people start their fitness journey and have much healthier lifestyles.

Once you've signed up and chose your training package, the first step is to dive into your personalised online lifestyle questionnaire. This comprehensive form is your key to unlocking a tailor-made Personal Online Training and Nutrition Programme crafted specifically for you. We will then do an online personal training consultation session that I will need you to do some homework for the first week before we design and start your programming!

Customised Training & Nutrition Plans

I'm not your average Online Personal Trainer who dishes out generic plans. Instead, your training program is meticulously crafted, backed by research, and tailored to shape and enhance your desired physique.

No more nutrition guesswork! Your plan will detail the exact daily intake of calories, protein, carbs, and fats. You'll know what to eat, what to avoid, and when to optimize your training and recovery. Plus, enjoy delicious recipes while learning the nutritional and caloric value of different foods, fostering lifelong healthy eating habits.

Weekly Personal Coaching Check-Ins

Beyond tracking your training and nutrition, the weekly check-in form delves deeper into your overall well-being. From energy levels to hunger, recovery, steps, and hydration, no aspect is overlooked. I want a complete picture of your week to offer targeted feedback and support for your journey to success! We will be doing the check-ins via WhatsApp Chat or Facetime where the session will be 45mins every week.

After signing up for either the 3, 6, or 12 months online fitness coaching plan and answering the questionare, you'll get personalized workout plans and expert nutritional guidance for you and only you!

 

Plus, with 24/7 email support, weekly WhatsApp check-ins, and video demos, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your training. And the best part? You can do it all from the comfort of your own home. No more crowded gyms or expensive personal trainers. With our online fitness coaching service, you can have a personal trainer in your pocket (or at least on your phone).

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation before the next payment ensures no additional charges.
  • How will I know if I'm doing the exercises correctly?
    Each exercise comes with a video demo and coaching points. You can also record yourself for feedback on form. We will use trainerize app to monitor your program and the demos will be provided inside the app.
  • Will I need to train every day?
    Your plan will be designed around your lifestyle, with flexibility in training frequency. In an ideal world where you are flexible with everything, probably four workouts per week.
  • Will I receive a nutrition plan?
    Certainly! You'll receive a detailed nutrition plan, including calorie targets, macronutrient ratios, and meal scheduling.
  • How much does Online Personal Training cost?
    Choose between 3 subscription plans that are between £189 and £249 per month depending on the length of the training package you choose. The subscription is flexible and can be canceled after the first month.
  • How will you measure my progress?
    Progress will be measured through various metrics, including strength, measurements, weight, endurance, and progress photos (if you agree with) as well as energy levels.
  • How do I get started?
    By emailing me and I will send you the questionnaire after you choose your package and first payment is done. You can also just choose and pay your package through the website.
  • What if I travel frequently?
    Online training is ideal for those who travel often. Plans can be adjusted to keep you on track during your travels.
  • How will you track what I eat?
    I'll track your food diary via the in-built food tracker or MyFitnessPal, ensuring you meet your nutrition targets.
  • When will I receive my plan after signing up?
    Once you complete the questionnaire, your fully customized plan will be ready within a few days up to a week.
  • Do you work with vegans and vegetarians?
    Yes, I work with individuals following various dietary preferences, ensuring their goals are achieved safely.
  • Is the plan truly customized?
    Absolutely! Your training and nutrition plan is fully customized based on the information gathered from a detailed questionnaire.
  • What does online personal training involve?
    Online personal training includes personalized training and nutrition programs, consistent support through in-app messaging, weekly check-ins, and detailed feedback. Working directly with me ensures a tailored approach to your transformation journey.
  • How long before I see results?
    Most clients see progress within a few weeks, but the timeframe depends on individual goals and the individual and I cannot promise results just because your journey is your journey! And it all depends on you. I am just here to guide you to your goal.
  • Do I need a gym membership?
    No, your plan will be designed around the equipment you have. I can recommend joining a gym or getting basic equipment if muscle building is a goal. But for better results it would be just more beneficial if you do have access to a gym studio.
  • How will you track my workouts?
    We will use an app called trainerize where I can monitor and change your training program.
  • Will we have Skype or Zoom sessions?
    Training sessions won't be live, but I provide personal coaching with unlimited text support, weekly check-ins, and feedback.
  • How will we communicate?
    We'll communicate regularly through WhatsApp and email, ensuring constant support.
  • Will anyone else see my progress photos?
    No, only you and I will have access to your progress photos.
  • Is this suitable for beginners?
    Absolutely! Whether you're a beginner or an advanced lifter, your plan will be customized based on your experience and goals.
  • How quickly will you get back to me?
    I aim to respond within an hour during working hours and within 24 hours on weekends.
  • How often will you check in with me?
    We'll communicate several times per week. A weekly check-in form covers aspects like energy levels, recovery, and more. Detailed feedback via messenger ensures continuous progress. WhatsApp will be our best friend as well as MyFitnessPal.
  • Do I need to live in the United Kingdom?
    No, I work with clients worldwide, providing the flexibility of online personal training from anywhere.
